At DriveOrganised, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.
Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items: If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll resolve it promptly.
